Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct (the "Code") governs the acceptable use of the humanizer.app platform (the "Site" or "Service"), operated by Skillhub FZCO. By accessing or using the Service, you ("you," "your," or the "User") agree to comply with this Code in its entirety. We recommend that you read it carefully before using the Service.
In the event of any inconsistency between this Code and any other document published on the Site, this Code shall prevail with respect to matters of acceptable use.
Please be advised that certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to England and Wales, the Republic of Ireland, the Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand, and Austria, may impose restrictions on the use of services of this nature. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to the Service in any jurisdiction at our sole discretion. This notice is provided for transparency.
1. Acceptable Use
The Service is intended to assist users in transforming and adapting written content for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree to use the Service solely in accordance with this Code, our Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Service:
- Using the Service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent.
- Using the Service to facilitate, promote, or engage in any unlawful activity.
- Using the Service to harass, defame, or otherwise harm any individual or organization.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any individual or organization.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical or access controls implemented by the Service.
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or similar tools to access or use the Service in bulk or in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
- Reproducing, selling, distributing, or sublicensing any output or material obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
2. Academic Integrity
The Service must not be used in any manner that constitutes or facilitates academic misconduct. Academic integrity requires honesty, fairness, and adherence to the ethical standards of the relevant educational institution or professional body. The following forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited when using the Service:
- collusion;
- contract cheating;
- deceit;
- fabrication;
- falsification;
- impersonation;
- plagiarism;
- sabotage;
- scams.
You must not submit output generated through the Service as your own original academic work unless the use of AI-assisted tools has been expressly permitted by the relevant instructor or institution. The Service is intended to support your own efforts, not to replace them.
3. Artificial Intelligence
The use of artificial intelligence tools does not in itself constitute academic or professional misconduct. However, such tools must be used responsibly and in accordance with the policies of the relevant institution, employer, or regulatory body.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with any applicable institutional, professional, or legal requirements governing the use of AI-generated or AI-assisted content.
4. Fair Usage
All content and materials produced through the Service are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use any such output solely as a reference or starting point for your own work.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Presenting output produced through the Service as entirely your own original work without appropriate disclosure where required.
- Selling, distributing, or sharing output obtained through the Service with third parties for commercial gain.
- Using the Service or its output for any commercial solicitation purpose without our prior written consent.
- Reproducing or storing output beyond the period necessary for your intended personal use.
5. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Obligations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional or professional guidelines in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any user found to be in breach of applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
If you use the Service in violation of this Code or applicable law, you acknowledge that you may be subject to penalties under such laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from or related to such violations.
Non-compliance with this Code may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your access to the Service without the possibility of reinstatement.
6. Representations and Warranties
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You will use the Service solely for lawful, personal, and informational purposes.
- You will not use the Service to engage in, facilitate, or promote any illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity.
- You will not use the Service in a manner that violates the academic integrity policies of any educational institution or the professional standards of any regulatory body.
- You will not use the Service to mislead, defraud, or deceive any individual, organization, or institution.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to comply with this Code.
7. Exclusion of Liability
While we strive to provide a reliable and high-quality Service, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any output generated through the Service. All outputs are provided for informational and assistive purposes only and are used entirely at your own risk.
The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your use of Service output in a manner that violates this Code, applicable law, or the policies of any third-party institution or organization.
8. Amendments to the Code
We reserve the right to amend or update this Code at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the Service following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Code. We encourage you to review this Code periodically.
